Solution 3: Neither of the two above options worked.
To continue hold down "Ctrl" and "Alt" on your keyboard and click here
If you do not want to see this message again:
1. On the menu bar above click "Tools" and go down to "Internet Options"
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Under the Pop-Up Blocker section click on "Settings"
4. When prompted for address of website to allow type "http://www.reportsforcops.com"
5. Click "Add"
6. Close all windows and visit the website again.
